Application Procedures

How to Apply

Visit our Online Application System (OAS) via link admission.mnuat.ac.tz

STEP 1: CREATE ACCOUNT

(i)    Click "Create Account"

(ii)   Fill in entry mode (Direct/Equivalent), application type, valid email address, Form Four or Equivalent Index Number, and password then click Confirm

(iii)  You will receive an SMS confirming the your account has been created

(iv) Return to the site and log in with your credentials to complete your application

STEP 2: CONFIRM FORM IV INFORMATION

• Confirm your Form IV Index Number, Names, School and Completion Year
• If they are correct click next to continue Create Account, or Discard if they are not correct

STEP 3: MAKE PAYMENT

• Request Get Control Number for Application Fee from the OAS
• You can process your payment through Mobile Money Payment Platforms and Bank services
• Make Payments
• You will be notified through your account that your payment has been received
• Click next to continue

STEP 4: FORM VI INDEX NUMBER (FOR DIRECT APPLICANTS) OR DIPLOMA AVN (FOR EQUIVALENT APPLICANTS)

·       Enter your Form VI Index Number for Direct Applicants or Diploma AVN for Equivalent Applicants

STEP 5: CHOOSE PROGRAMMES

•  Choose the Degree Programmes of your choice on preference and continue to the next stage

STEP 6: REVIEW SELECTION AND SUBMIT APPLICATION

• Double-check your details
• Click Submit Application if everything is correct
• You’ll receive a confirmation message via SMS that your application has successfully received

STEP 7: REGULAR VISIT OF YOUR APPLICATION ACCOUNT
